All orders are fulfilled and shipped via Printful. Once your order is placed, please allow 2–5 business days for production. After production, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days.
Refund & Return Policy
Because all of our products are made to order through Printful, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or sizing issues — so please review sizing charts carefully before ordering!
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we've got you covered. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with:
- A photo of the item showing the issue
- Your order number
We'll work with Printful to get you a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
What We Can't Cover
- Returns due to incorrect size selection
- Change of mind after an order is placed
- Orders lost due to an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout
